New feature: each item number is now an anchor tag, so you can refer to a specific item on an ILoI by appending, say, "#5" to the end of the letter URL.

REMEMBER! As of the May ILoI, the commentary period is now until the 10th of the month following (so for May that would be June 10). Also, we've made a few tweaks to the way text is displayed, which will hopefully solve the hugely-long-urls-not-wrapping-well problem, as well as changing the nested indents on comments slightly.

No account is needed to be able to read Internal Letters of Intent (ILoIs) or their comments. In order to make comments, however, an account is needed; once you create an account, an admin must validate it before you can comment.
